Ken Blunt joined APTS in March 2002 as the manager of networks and technology. He manages and maintains the APTS information technology infrastructure and applications, including developing a business continuity solution for the organization.

A 1995 graduate of Michigan State University, Blunt has expertise working with information technology and with both Macintosh and PC operating systems, hardware, software, internet tools and other applications.
